King amongst us all is Seaver King. Some might say he is the King of Arizona, with how he is hitting in the Arizona Fall League. King has not had the best time in professional baseball, but something about the thin dry air, tired pitchers, and all that have seemed to help him and his aggressive swing decisions out. He is a very good defensive shortstop, so at least he has that.
Nine swings and misses: four off the cutter, three off the four-seamer, and two off the changeup. Perales' fastball was up to 100 in this one. Perales is getting a ton of buzz, and I still think now might be the chance to sell high because, as we all know, pitching prospects are notoriously finicky. There is still a pretty decent chance he ends up being a reliever, so if you factor that in, now might be the apex of his value.
