Saturday’s college baseball action delivered a heavy dose of fireworks, statement performances, and a handful of moments that could define the spring moving forward. In Athens, a trio of stars kept the hot bats rolling, while a walk-off grand slam in College Station delivered one of the most electric finishes of the season. From a dominant bounce-back by Riley Quick to a massive double-dong showing by Wesley Jordan, Saturday was all about individual takeovers. In the Midwest, Hogan Denny and Caleb Koskie continued to shine for the Hoosiers, while Parker Picot and Joseph Dzierwa fueled a statement win in East Lansing. Meanwhile, in Florida, Jamie Arnold added another gem to his Golden Spikes campaign as he eyes a No. 1 overall push. As conference races tighten and draft boards shuffle, Saturday's slate proved just how loaded this class is from top to bottom.
Below are Saturday's top performers!

Joey Volini, LHP, Florida State - 7 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 4 BB, 5 K
Jamie Arnold, LHP, Florida State - 7 IP, 4 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 2 BB, 9 K
Florida State swept Saturday’s doubleheader against Virginia Tech behind the left arms of Joey Volini and Jamie Arnold. Volini didn’t allow an extra base hit in the opener, with just three Hokies even reaching scoring position. He escaped trouble with a pair of double plays, erasing some mild control issues. His typical strikeout total wasn’t there on Saturday, but he induced plenty of ground balls to prevent Virginia Tech from doing any real damage. This outing comes on the back of his only real clunker to date, a seven-run outing against Wake Forest in which he failed to make it out of the third inning. The big southpaw takes a 2.39 ERA into the final month of the regular season. Meanwhile, Arnold continued his quest for the Golden Spikes and the No. 1 draft selection with his longest outing of the season. He mowed down the first six Hokies he faced, striking out five of them, and despite allowing a leadoff single in the third, a double-play helped him face the minimum through Virginia Tech’s first trip around the order. A Henry Cooke double plated Tech’s only run in the fourth, and Arnold avoided trouble the rest of the way. Outside of a rough go of it at Miami back in late March, Arnold has been the most dominant pitcher in the ACC.
