Milestone day for Alonzo as he is now the New York Mets all-time home run leader! In his last 10 games, he his batting .289 with 4 home runs, 12 RBIs, and 6 runs scored. He is on pace to finish with 38-40 home runs for the 3rd time in his career.
💣💣Jose Ramirez, 3B CLE (MLB)
3-4, HR, 2 HR, 2 RBI, 2 R
Jose Ramirez 30/30 seems to be a lock in 2025, joining Pete Crow-Armstrong as the only players to join the 25/25 club this season. Ramirez is simply one of the most fun players to watch in the sport, especially when he fills the statsheet like he has all season long.
Giancarlo Stanton, DH NYY (MLB)
4-5, HR, 3 RBI, 1 R
At age 35, Stanton is officially batting .300 with 12 HR and an OPS of .962. He is always a safe play at the UTL spot, especially when he has a 95.0 Avg Exit Velo and 80.7 bat speed.
‼️George Kirby, RHP SEA (MLB)
7.0 IP, 3 H, 0 ER, 7 K
Kirby is fully back to shape and has been dominant in his last 4 outings with 4 straight QS, racking up 31 Ks. Just encouraging to see a player who had an early injury scare be productive this late into the season, especially when it’s time to win in fantasy!
🍔🍟Roman Anthony, OF BOS (MLB)
1-2, HR, RBI, 4 R, 4 BB, 1 SB
Back-to-back days on the daily sheet for Anthony, and nothing more to say except he is a player with a scary high ceiling that can do it all and fill up the stat sheet. Through 146 PA, he is hitting .325/.445/.508/.954 and a wRC+ of 166. His 24.7 K% will go down as he continues to have a keen eye at the plate.
💣💣Francisco Alvarez, C NYM (MLB)
3-4, 2 HR, 4 RBI, 3 R
Having a brutal start to the season and getting sent down to AAA, Alvarez has found his groove at the dish. Since being called up from AAA, Alvarez has a slashline of .304/.418/.630 thanks to some adjustments :
‼️Jacob Lopez, LHP ATH (MLB)
7.0 IP, 4 H, 0 ER, 9 K
No better combo than a left-handed pitcher finding their prime at the age of 27. Lopez has been nothing short of fantastic in his last 4 starts, racking up 28 K through 24 IP with a 0.00 ERA and a 0.83 WHIP! It’s time to look past “underrated.” he is someone worth having on your team!
‼️Dean Kremer, RHP BAL (MLB)
8.0 IP, 5 H, 1 ER, 6 K
Kremer shut down the bats vs a hot Mariners squad. Since May 1st, he has held a 3.36 ERA with 7 QS and a 1.16 WHIP. Kremer has turned into an eating innings weapon for the O’s. If he is available in leagues, he is worth an add and seems a safe streaming option.
Edgar Quero, C CHW (MLB)
3-5, HR, 3 RBI, 2 R
The White Sox rebuild is coming along nicely as they acquired Quero in the Giolito trade in 2023. Quero had 16 homers in 98 games between AA and AAA in 2024. A career .282 hitter with an .849 OPS in the minors, the LHH catcher could be a sneaky contender to be a league-winning catcher if he can continue this production.
‼️Dustin May, RHP BOS (MLB)
6 IP, 5 H, 0 ER, 8 K
Giving up the main prospect in the Devers trade to acquire May was certainly a choice, but maybe Boston has something brewing with May. If the Red Sox can continue to develop arms, May could be a nice addition to an already stacked rotation. Through 2 stars for Boston, May has allowed just 3 ER through 9.2 IP, racking up 12 Ks.
Triple-A
Covered by Nate Rasmussen
🔜Luke Raley, CF SEA (Triple-A)
1-for-5, HR, 2 RBI, 3 K
The Luke Raley case is an interesting one. He’s coming off a 22 home run and 2.3-WAR season for the Mariners, being one of the more underrated corner outfielders in baseball. With Dominic Canzone’s rise and Victor Robles’ imminent return, Raley appears to be out of a spot for the Mariners. We could see him mix in at 1B/DH/RF to give some guys an off-day, but I wouldn’t expect him to be a difference maker in the M’s World Series push.
💣💣Tirso Ornelas, LF-RF SD (Triple-A)
2-for-5, 2 HR, 4 RBI
Coming into this year, I thought Tirso Ornelas was going to be a regular for the Padres, or at least get the chance to be. He performed very well in Spring Training, but has been a 95 wRC+ player in Triple-A this year, with almost all of his game power departing after a 23 HR season last year. He is still just 25 years old and provides good organizational outfield depth.
