Since the 2nd half started, Langeliers has 8 home runs, 20 hits, 10 RBIs, and 14 runs scored. His statline is the first for a catcher in MLB history and it’s his second time hitting 3 homers in a game. I think what we can take from this is… start him for the rest of the season.
Willy Adames, SS SF (MLB)
2-5, 1 HR, 2 RBI
Adames continues to stay hot after a slow start to the season! Adames now has 18 home runs, joining Francisco Lindor as the only SS in the past 5 years to hit 18 +. Adames has found his power stroke, and it looks like he is here to stay.
Luke Keaschall, 2B MIN (MLB)
2-4, HR, 3 RBI
With no one blocking Keaschall thanks to the Correa trade, it’s finally time to see what Keaschall can do. Coming off the IL, he stays off where he left, red hot. He is an exciting player who fills the categories and is consistent when healthy. If you don’t have room for him in your lineup, then you must have the best 2B in the league, I hope.
‼️Garret Crochet, LHP BOS (MLB)
7.0 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 8 K
Another dominant performance for Crochet as the Red Sox have won 7 straight. Crochet is putting up a fight for the Cy Young Award thanks to his 13.5 K per inning. He looks to continue his all-around great season.
‼️Freddy Peralta, RHP MIL (MLB)
5.0 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 7 K
Peralta holds a 3.03 ERA on the season and is now 13-5. Peralta generated 19 whiffs but threw 108 pitches in 5 innings. He is a safe play to rack up wins and go deep into games. His 13 wins is tied for the most this season.
‼️Zack Littell, RHP CIN (MLB)
7.0 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 2 BB, 8 K
Littell put up a dominant performance for his new club, racking up 8 K. He has had his down moments in 2025, but when he is on he is a reliable SP. He was on the road in this one, so before he makes his next start at home, make sure he has a favorable matchup.
‼️Nathan Eovaldi, RHP TEX (MLB)
8 IP, 1 H, 1 H, 6 K
Eovaldi has been unhittable in his past 7 games, going 6-0 holding a 1.08 ERA and a 0.89 WHIP. He just keeps getting better with age while racking up tons of strikeouts and going deep into games. His 1.38 ERA is the 5th lowest through a pitcher’s first 19 starts in a season.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 1B TOR (MLB)
3-5, HR, 2B, 2 R, 2 RBI
In his last 15 games, Guerrero is hitting .365 with a SLG of .651. Now having 17 HR on the year, Guerrero seems more than likely to reach 25-26 home runs while hitting for AVG at .292.
Jo Adell, OF LAA (MLB)
2-4, HR, 3 RBI
Adell has been nothing short of impressive in 2025 and now has 23 home runs on the season. Yes, there are still times when he is streaky, but he has been a fun flex option/ starting OF all year long as the former top prospect looks to hit 30 HR on the season.
Rámon Laureano, OF SD (MLB)
3-6, 2B, 3B, 3 RBI, 2K
Laureano is a great fit in San Diego in a lineup where he can score runs and rack up RBI. He is a safe start weekly thanks to his high AVG with sneaky home run upside. At the age of 31, he may just help fantasy teams get over the hump.
💣💣Max Muncy, 3B LAD (MLB)
4-5, 2 HR, 3 R, 4 RBI
Double dong for Muncy at home vs the Cardinals. He has been hot over his past 15 games, hitting .333 with 6 home runs and 22 RBI. Friendly reminder for fantasy managers, when looking at a matchup and seeing you have a hitter going up against Mikolas, start whoever you have facing him.
🍔🍟 Josh Naylor, 1B SEA (MLB)
2-3, HR, 3 R, 2 RBI, 1 BB, SB
I think what is surprising with Naylor is that in his past 11 games, he has 8 SB, which is the most in the MLB during that span.
Triple-A
Covered by Nate Rasmussen
Bryce Eldridge, 1B SF (Triple-A)
3-for-4, HR, 2 R, 4 RBI, BB, K
Bryce Eldridge is safely on the Mount Rushmore of 2025 first base prospects and could have the highest ceiling of any minor league first baseman with his high-level power output. Eldridge has essentially replicated his Double-A stats since being promoted to Triple-A, with a BABIP that is 50 points lower than he typically runs.
Luis Castro, LF HOU (Triple-A)
4-for-5, HR, 3 2B, 2 R, 4 RBI, K
Luis Castro is a career minor leaguer at 29 years old, but 3 doubles and a home run are good enough to get you on my daily sheet. Castro has been good enough to be one of the next guys up for the Astros if an injury occurs late in the season.
🍔🍟Henry Bolte, RF ATH (Triple-A)
3-for-5, HR, 2 R, 2 RBI, 2 K, SB
Henry Bolte is hitting .370 in Triple-A. He has a BABIP of .533. Las Vegas is a crazy place to play, man. Henry Bolte has a solid chance to make the A’s outfield at some point next year, depending on what they do with their plethora of MLB-ready prospects and current major leaguers.
💣💣Abimelec Ortiz, RF TEX (Triple-A)
4-for-5, 2 HR, 8 RBI, K
HAVE A DAY ABIMELEC ORTIZ! In his Triple-A debut, Abimelec goes for EIGHT RBI with a double-dong. Ortiz is an offensive threat, with plus power and a good enough hit tool to tap into some impact. The defensive profile is a DH or maybe a first baseman long-term, which is going to limit the opportunities for Ortiz moving forward.
👟Payton Eeles, SS MIN (Triple-A)
2-for-3, 2B, 3 RBI, 2 BB, 2 SB
I love Payton Eeles. He simply hits the baseball and does the little things well. He’s probably a long-term second baseman without much defensive value on the left side, but it's a fun archetype of a player. Eeles won’t hit home runs, but he could hit .300 in the MLB if everything goes right.
Jhostynxon Garcia, CF BOS (Triple-A)
3-for-5, 3B, R, 3 RBI, K
What’s the long-term future of the Password in Boston? It feels like the Sox really should have made that Joe Ryan trade to clear up some of the logjam they are creating in the minor leagues. Look for Yoshida and Garcia to form a package to go get an impact starter this offseason.
💣💣Dylan Beavers, RF BAL (Triple-A)
2-for-4, 2 HR, 3 R, BB, K
Remember when everyone got fooled by the fake report that Beavers got called up? There’s a reason people thought it was real… Dylan Beavers is a very good player. I would expect him to be with the big league squad come September call-ups.
Samuel Basallo, C BAL (Triple-A)
3-for-5, HR, 2 2B, 3 R, 4 RBI
Good for the Orioles for manipulating Basallo’s service time and keeping him for an extra year. The bad part of all of this is that Basallo has not developed behind the dish as much as everyone would have hoped. If you were going to keep him in the minors this long, I would have expected them to prioritize him getting more on-field reps instead of DH days.
‼️Nolan McLean, RHP NYM (Triple-A)
5.2 IP, H, 3 BB, 7 K
I’m team Benge > McLean, but it’s close! Nolan McLean has the perfect mix to succeed in the MLB as a mid-rotation starter, with a deep arsenal with some really good spin from the right side. He’s an incredibly safe pitching prospect, which is a good thing.
