The former Orioles prospect crushed this homer off the Tigers, so that sucks for me. But Eztel is an interesting bunch of tools that, on his best days, looks like a solid fourth outfield prospect. Given that the Rays can get that extra 5% out of prospects, Etzel could be an intriguing fantasy option in 2026.
After finally getting his first hit of Spring Training, we have had him getting on base twice. This may be the wrong platform to be saying anything, and I can see the irony of an article about spring training complaining about spring training results, but people need to chill out about Campbell. I saw a few people wondering if he’s any good…yes he’s outstanding. It was an honest discussion between Matt and I on who would be the number one Red Sox prospect, Campbell or Anthony.
