Here in college baseball-land (patent pending) things are finally just about back in full-swing as the Big10 joins the rest of the power five here in the 2021 baseball season. This means one thing for our purposes - there’s even more arms to watch this weekend. One name in particular is Minnesota Saturday starter J.P. Massey, who Isaiah Burrows profiled this morning here on the site. Other names to keep an eye on are Maryland starter Sean Burke, Michigan State starter Mason Erla, and Ohio State lefty Seth Lonsway. Welcome Big10 to the party we’re glad to have you and the rest of the Mid-West back in full swing.

The Vanderbilt rotation will remain Andrew Schultz on Friday, Kumar Rocker on Saturday, and Jack Leiter on Sunday. Game times are listed below.
Arkansas standout Sophomore Peyton Pallette has been moved into the Friday night job this week and will lead the Hogs against Murray State.
South Carolina lefty Julian Bosnic rejoins the Gamecocks rotation this weekend, getting the nod Sunday versus Mercer.
After the Wake Forrest cancellation, Boston College will take on Auburn this weekend, providing us a 5 PM happy hour with Richard Fitts lacing them up for the War Eagles, while embattled Boston College starter Mason Pelio takes the ball for the “regular” Eagles.
We’ll have to wait yet another week to see Georgia starter and one of the top arms in the SEC Jonathan Cannon, as he’s scheduled to kick off his 2021 next weekend.
Doesn’t look like Miami Ohio ace Sam Bachman will be scratched from today’s start.
