It was a busy Sunday afternoon in the baseball world as NCAA regionals were in full swing, MLB featured a full slate, and the minor leagues were finishing up their weekly series before the Monday off day (for all leagues but Triple-A). In this vein Geoff (Triple-A/Double-A), Rhys White (High-A), and Matt Thompson (Low-A) ran through all the happenings.

Well, we’re a month into the minor league season officially and I think we’re all just relieved to be back in the swing of things with something new to talk about. You know, we did spend a year obsessing over workouts videos and Instagram clips of Jasson Dominguez batting practice. Talk about the silly season that went on forever huh? I’d like to take a moment and let everyone know I (Geoff) experienced victory for the first time with my little league team. Yes, the 0-7 Blue Pickles are now 1-7 as we beat our rivals from the far more affluent town next to ours. Why am I telling you this? I’m an oversharer and I need to overshare my excitement.
